A local team that finishes what it starts
Manyiko Projects & Services was built on a simple idea: show up when you say you will, quote honestly, and leave the site cleaner than you found it. We work on homes, rentals and small commercial spaces, handling electrical work, painting, ceilings and general handyman repairs under one roof.
Because we cover several trades, you don't have to coordinate three different contractors for one renovation. We plan the sequence — first fix electrics, then ceilings, then paint — so nothing gets damaged and nothing gets redone.
Every job carries a 3-month workmanship warranty. If something we installed or finished gives you trouble within that window, we come back and sort it at no charge. After the warranty period, we're still a phone call away — you simply cover the call-out and materials.

Free Site Visit
We come out, look at the actual problem and measure properly. You get a written quote with materials and labour broken down.

50% Deposit
Once you accept the quote, a 50% deposit secures your slot and covers materials. Work is scheduled at a date that suits you.

We Do the Work
Our team arrives on time, works to the agreed scope and keeps you updated. Any change is discussed and approved before it happens.

Pay the Balance
You inspect the finished job and pay the remaining 50% only once you're satisfied. Your 3-month workmanship warranty starts that day.

Payment & warranty terms
50% deposit to book and start the job, remaining 50% payable once you've inspected and approved the finished work. All workmanship is covered by a 3-month warranty — after that period, any follow-up visit is charged for labour and materials.
